Let regular users edit a live copy of the docs on the wiki (or elsewhere if that makes more sense ala Google Docs or similar).

I don't think we have a set of 4.1 docs online, so the first step would be to upload that somewhere.

The workflow needs to accommodate future changes to the source without destroying the current online docs. How would that work?
