Should now work on lnx64 (I expect a few niggles)

Other goodies: exception handling, declare on multiple assignment, getd_partial_key, cdCanvasRoundedBox/Rect, IupTreeAddNodes, builtins\regexe.e, builtins\json.e, and IupPlot.
