When I click on the "manual" button in this forum, I get a VERY LONG PAGE which has, at the VERY VERY VERY bottom (on the right hand side),
"Quick Links", which shows:

Table of Contents
Quick Start
Language Reference
Mini Guides
Included Tools
General Routines
Sequence Routines
String Routines
Data Structures
Networking

Is there any way to make that section:
1. BE UP AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE
(could still be on the right hand side, separate from the actual content)
2. and INCLUSIVE of ALL the MAJOR TOPICS?
(just the "headings"), ie, :

1 Euphoria Programming Language v4.0
2 Euphoria License
3 Quick Start
4 Language Reference
5 Syntax Reference
6 Mini-Guides
7 Included Tools
8 General Routine Reference
9 Sequence Centric Routines
10 String Centric Routines
11 Data Structures
12 Networking Routines
13 Low Level Routines
14 Graphics
15 Euphoria Routines
16 Windows Routines
17 Release Notes

Purpose of this request would be so things could be found more easily.

And, then jump to the correct place? When I click on
"Mini-Guides" (in the current "Quick Links"),I get 5.7 continue,
and for "Included Tools", I get 6.4 Dynamic routine calling,
and for "General Routines", I get 6.8 Euphoria Trouble-Shooting Guide,
and for "Sequence Routines", I get 8.8 Random Numbers
and for "String Routines", I get 9 Sequence Centric Routines
and for "Data Structures", I get 9.6 Sorting
and for "Networking", I get 10.5 Wildcard Matching
