Bilingual EU 2.5 is still beta, so you are free to do what you want.
The current policy is that keywords and API changes (at least major ones) are not allowed once beta has been hit. I feel that this should apply to the Russian version as well, which means that the keyword cykl is set in stone.
Good policy, I like it. But I'm ready to make useful changes. But cykl is very good in Russian mode. It is anyway 'do' if you want it to be 'do' in mixed or pure English mode.
Thanks jimcbrown for suggestions, but I'd prefer to discuss these things with Russian speaking guy. EU 4.0 is not comfortable for bilingual English-Russian version, sorry.
I still feel that changing away from switch...do to switch...on (in the English EU 4.0) is a good idea if it helps make EU 4.0 more comfortable for bilingual English-Russian version.
I'd like to be a bit more specific, sorry:
switch X on -- this 'on' is a specific sensible and intelligent case a ?1 -- marker, it is clear constuct for translation case b ?2 -- to Russian and using it in pure Russian, pure else ?3 -- English or any mixed English-Russian mode. end switch -- It is good known word from BASIC.
Russian version, for example, not final:
vetvv X na -- means branch X on putt a ?1 -- means way putt b ?2 -- means way inache ?3 -- means else stop vetvv -- means end branch
Do you ask me about such a thing? I like it, if so.
But do you use this 'on' somewhere else?
If it means direction of some other switching or such, it will be good idea too.

Igor Kachan
