I guess to me, and I hate to be down on anyone's language, but English is still just about the standard for programming languages. You would do yourself good to learn some of these words and learn to deal with them. Some day, if you use another language, you are going to run into all the same words. The mass amounts of Euphoria programmers are not do not speak Russian but English.
I think Euphoria's key words should be as language neutral as possible, but when in question favor English.

Igor supports the Russian Euphoria site and needs to translate the source code and documents into Russian so that non English speakers can eaisly grasp and understand Euphoria that is why he needs to get more concise language meaning.
