I personally like your idea. It fits in well with my personal programming philosphy. However, I do feel the use of a colon at all is un-Euphorian, and that the use of the double colon, while clever, simple, useful, and brilliant, would only make the syntax more un-Euphorian.

However, this is otherwise a brilliant solution to the problem.
