1. Sprite editor

Just tested Einar Mogen's Ye Greate Sprite Editor 1.10, ( <--- Cut and
pasted from MANUAL.TXT, just to make sure I got the spelling correct.. ;)
and found one problem. Rotation by 1-9 degrees corrupts the lower left
portion of the image. (By not rotating it, specifically.) Other angles
may corrupt other parts of it, I don't know, haven't tested too much, was
just playing around with the features.

BTW, I think a needed feature is some form of help. Even if it's just F1
and the manual is loaded on screen and you scroll around in it.

The rotation procedure was provided by Jiri Babor to this list some time
ago. Perhaps he can say something about this.

Well, I'm working on some simple dropdown menus, so they should be there in
the next release. For now, it is advised to print out MANUAL.TXT
