Okay, I know we're all talking about the future of the list, but I have a problem NOW. I could REALLY use some help with this one, so if you can give me any help at all, I would be VERY happy. I am writing a pretty simple Decco program for Windows right now, and have gotten almost everything working except ONE thing. I can't figure out how to display one of my Bitmap resources. I have got 52 of them (one for each card, duh..:) and will display your at a time whenever the program runs. HOW DO I DISPLAY THEM?? I know how to do it is I know the bitmap name before hand (I use the Resource Edititor in Visual C++), but I don't know how to otherwise. All of my books and the online help are very shaky as far as this is concerned. I've tried a few things, and nothing works. Please..any help! I am using Visual C++ 4.0, and I will do this in either the Win32 API or MFC, I really don't care. I have enough knowledge of both to do any conversions, just help me figure it out... Sorry for rambling, Daniel ***************** Drive C: format complete. Send me $1000000 to undo it! daniel at ktb.net http://www.ktb.net/~daniel
