If anyone could point me towards some documentation of wsock32.dll, I'd
very much appreciate it.

I've found lots of info about wsock32 at www.sockets.com.
I'm currently writing a wrapper for Euphoria.
Although is very primitive at this time, I expect to have it ready in a
couple of weeks.
