Rob & Junko: Would it be possible for the forum to use CSS classes instead of hard-coded markup and colors, etc? IOW, set up a date class, a subj class, an author class for the td's, a msg class for the message tr's, etc. Wrap each message in a named div. Then we can use our own CSS to make the list look the way we like. Firefox, among other browsers, makes it easy to assign an alternate stylesheet. Irv
