Hello everybody,
I'm new in this euphoria interchanges. I watch Euphoria, and I'ed look fo=

a new language with the hope to discover a new age. But I had a questions=
,
Can I programming aplications like database's clipper or invoces's custom=
s?
Euphoria show manys lines with games, graphics, some of communications; b=
ut
is the option for builder applications with future or only games.
Somebody here speak spanish, my english is slow for write and for read I'=
m
good. But the Manual in spanish was a good idea, for those new people in
this language.
I'm a new user and I want to discover the real essence of Euphoria for
applications like describe before: accounting, invoices, database manager=
,
compatibility with Dbase, compatibility with other plataforms like Win x.=
x,
communications with peripherals like lpts, coms, scsi, transfer of files =
of
pc to pc, etc.
I'm sorry for my questions, but in my short life with Euphoria, I try to
search the future with euphoria in the administration area. Please, Pard=
on
me, for my ignorance.
And please, wrote me somebody speak spanish, I want to learn more Euphori=
a.
It's more easy when the language is not a problem. Thank you.

I don't know about accounting or invoices, but I'm working on a
dBASEIII compatible database. Daniel Berstein has DBF routines on his
web page. A win95 version of EUPHORIA will be available shortly (so
RDS promises). You can print to lptx just by opening the port and
printing to it. I don't know about com or scsi.

Probably *most* of us started out the same way (please don't take
offense anyone). I'm glad someone is looking at using euphoria for
something other than games.
