1. RDS homepage down!

It's gone 3 consecutive days that I can't access RDS's page!
And haven't seen no message from Rob Craig... are you there???
Just beat those guy of AOL, I can't believe this is happening
again. You should rent some webspace, I've seen some cheap ones
($15 a month).
Please notify the listserver when there are any news... I just got
tired of trying to access.

Hi Daniel.

I do not understand what is preventing you from accessing the page. I
hooked up to it at least three days in a row...mind you this was at 4:00
a.m. EDT

Thanks

4. Re: RDS homepage down!

I didn't have any trouble too, but i acces it from Holland, ussually
at 7.30 and at 16.30 and at 19.30 or at 23.00
Not zillions times a day, ussualy once everu two days, but then i do
it at one of those times...
So it's isn't AOL connection, but your own connection since as you
can see, i acces it at a vary of times...

5. Re: RDS homepage down!

Thanks for all those replies (a lot are private), but I still can't
access RDS homepage. Some said it could be my university acount, but
that's not the case, I use a mayor ISP (home connection). I tried
with/without proxies and the only difference is the error message:
with proxies: mmembers.aol.com doesn't have a DNS.
without (netscape message): There was no response. The server could be
down or is not responding.

I don't know what is happening, because usually go to RDS page at least
once a day, without any problems ?!

While I can't get to RDS page, can anyone inform me of what I'm loosing?
(you know, new files). Maybe the cool ones could be uploaded to the
FTP provided by Irv.
