1. RE: What is ">>>"

Martin,

>From Netscape's JavaScript 1.3 Client Reference:

.....
Zero-fill right shift a >>>b
Shifts 'a' in binary representation 'b' bits to the right, discarding bits
shifted off, and shifting in zeros from the left.
.....

Look it up in the 'Index', or in Chapter 5 - Operators.

Netscape has a huge JavaScript documentation library, well worth the effort.
I downloaded the Reference (some 2 MB, formatted as on online HTML book).

Unfortunately, Netscape ignores other browsers; for cross-browser comparison
and implementation, my best bet is still Stephen LeHunte's 'HTML Reference
Library', which you can also download for free at www.htmlib.com. It comes
in Winhelp 4 (windows 98) format, setup (zipped) exe around 3 MB.

Good luck.

Subject: What is ">>>"

Hi,

I'm translating some Javascript to Euphoria
does anybody here know what is
a >>> b

I know that a >> b = a * power(2,b), but what is >>> ?!
Perhaps a * power(3,b) ?!

Regards,
Martin Stachon
