Is it just me or is any1 else not able to download this file? I only get
about 8K, then it stops.

I have the same problem sometimes when trying to download a somewhat bigger
file. I think the lines are overcrowded, try it again very late in the
evening or very early.

Overhere, in Europe I get the best results early in the morning. In America
almost everyone is asleep then!
