dos interrupt #21 provide 4 functions call to get and set time and date

to get date:
  entry:
   AH = #2A
  return:
   CX = Year(1980-2099)
   DH = Month(1-12)
   DL = Day(1-31)

to set date:
  entry:
   AH = #2B
   CX = Year
   DH = Month
   DL = Day
  return:
   AL = 0 if date was valid; AL=#FF if not

to get time:
  entry:
   AH = #2C
  return:
   CH = Hour(0-23)
   CL = Minutes(0-59)
   DH = Seconds(0-59)
   DL = Hundredths(0-99)

to set time:
  entry:
   AH = #2D
   CH = Hour
   CL = Minutes
   DH = seconds
   DL = Hundredths
  return:
   AL = 0 if time was valid else AL = #FF
