1. leftsock update and related

hey everyone.

here is one more update about leftsock ( im sure most of you dont care ). I
have decided to revamp the library to make it easier to use and hide even more
of the "C" socket API from the end user. This is basically just improving the
leftsock API so that it is more user friendly and consistent.

I am doin this for a few reasons but the main ones are that it makes my
job easier to handle for future enhancements, the end user will not have to
know much about "C" socket programming to use leftsock and there was a need for
some type of standard API. Older versions of leftsock had a very inconsistent
API throughout.

The old version was very disorganized and the code was really mixed up as
well. That previous state would have been useless to any testers or
documentation people. To imcorporate all of this stuff, i will need more time
to come out with the beta version for testers, but i think it will be worth the
wait.

One more thing, after i have a working version of leftsock done ( CAUTION:
VAPORWARE ALERT! ) i plan to code more wrapper libs that are designed to make
linux IPC programming available to Euphoria users. I know Jeff has a linux
pipe and I/O library already so that will be the last thing on the list for a
while. ( if i ever do it )

All those libs ( vaporware for now ) will be named by "left" standards so that
users can easily identify what lib they need/want e.g. semaphors lib -> leftsem
shared memory lib -> leftshare, etc you get the idea.

Well anyway, that was long and pointless but i thought i might let a few people
know about my plans.
