OK, I'll play. Why don't you simply explain to me precisely why, you, yes you yourself, cannot modify, package, and ship it.
Bear in mind I could theoretically do that with Phix in about 3 minutes (when not mid-feature), but being a bit more fastidious it usually takes me 3-5 days, or 2-3 weeks if I hit snags.
