Has anyone been able to compile a shared library or libraries of the enlightenment library? https://www.enlightenment.org/
I tried following the mingw32 and mysys2 instructions for cross building (for Windows) on the wiki, but I can't get it to work correctly. I keep getting stdout write error invalid argument.

I keep getting stdout write error invalid argument.
Could you post the actual error message? Just curious.

The error message was stdout write error invalid argument for gettext-0.21.0 I think it was because under MySys2 the current package was getext-0.19.0 or something. I gave up trying to install it, since it was such a pain. I'll try to fiddle around with it later. Thanks for trying to help though. :)

Are you trying to use EWPI? According to the NEWS file in the repo, they're coming to us from the future!

Yes I was using EWPI. I tried following the tutorial for cross building on Windows but kept running into issues. So I guess the first 1.0 release won't happen until the end of this year, huh?
