1. [phix] weird bug XFCE

A Linux install .iso, burned to a USB drive, can be used to test software without impact on the installed OS.
Phix does not run on a live XFCE distro! I have tested: MX, MINT, FEDORA, SPARKY, and PUPPY.
Testing ./p64 gives me a "segmentation fault". (Fedora was 32bit, ./p32 also fails.) (Newly compiled ./p also fails.)
Testing with MATE or KDE live distros does work.
Not a deal breaker, but I sort of wanted to evaluate XFCE desktops.

I've just uploaded replacement p32 and p64 binaries, can you try those for me, ie/eg just:
wget http://phix.x10.mx/p32 mv p32 phix/p cd phix chmod 777 p ./p -test

testing with MX 19.3 xfce, 64bit, i7 and i5 as ./p32 and ./p64
Segmentation fault on both p32 and p64.
Problem does not occur with Majaro xfce. Problem does not occur other window managers.

installed mx xfce to a harddrive --> no luck (its not just running from usb live that is the problem) --> xfce is the problem
upgraded mx kde to Phix 8.3 --> works great!
(For 8.3 I had to grab some builtins files from github)
thanks for 8.3
be well
