1. make library on rev 6427:48acc3a6b02a failing

just doing my every now and again rebuild of euphoria on a raspberry pi as the Pi3 is out so started by updating my build on the Pi2 and while eui, eub, euc seem to be building ok make library is failing with
-- make /home/pi/euphoria/source/build/eu.a OBJDIR=libobj ERUNTIME=1 CONFIG=/home/pi/euphoria/source/config.gnu EDEBUG= EPROFILE= make[1]: Entering directory '/home/pi/euphoria/source' make[1]: *** No rule to make target '/home/pi/euphoria/source/build/eu.a'. Stop. make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/pi/euphoria/source' /home/pi/euphoria/source/Makefile.gnu:494: recipe for target 'library' failed make: *** [library] Error 2 --
is this happening on x86 too (can't test as no x86 systems any more) or just ARM. did try building using tip but the makefile.gnu seems to be non-arm aware
