We've never had a individual asking for donations before. AFAIK, we don't have any rules for it.

In this particular case, it's probably ok. (The amount requested is really small, and it's for a dev so he can start working on unit tests again.) In general though, what do we want to allow? Do we want to open the floodgates, or should we draw some reasonable looking lines?

I am okay with individuals soliciting personal donations. I think we should leave the opportunity open for devs to ask for donations for side projects as well.

Maybe somebody has implemented The Next Big Thing™ in Euphoria and would like some kickbacks in return. Stranger things have happened.
