On Linux and FreeBSD the error code is 141.

As of r4107, this is working correctly for me. Exit code of 0 via eui t_socket.e and eui ../source/eutest.ex t_socket.e

With 4107, I get: 

$eui -v 
Euphoria Interpreter 4.0.0 development (r4107) for Linux 
Using System Memory 
 
... 
 
interpreting t_socket.e:                                                                                                                                     
FAILURE: t_socket.e program died with status 36096

I can reproduce, but I have no clue what the issue is. Previously, I'd run this in a debugger, and was getting error stuff about a pipe closing.
