euGTK now with Glade

New version adds a lot of Glade support, making this at least as easy to use as VisualBasic (IMHO) for rapid program development. Now you can use multiple Glade files for a large project, even with conflicting control names, and ~EuGTK will 'namespace' them in the expected manner.
