EuGTK/Glade update

A fast and easy-to-use 'wrapper' for GTK and Euphoria on Linux.
Currently using Euphoria 4.1.0, but also tested with Euphoria 4.0.5.
~EuGTK is (hopefully) up to date with GTK 3.14.
This new version has support for designing your user-interface (GUI) with Glade, and then writing a bit of 'glue' code in Euphoria to handle user events.You'll need the latest version of Glade (3.16.1) glade.gnome.org
