AFAICT the user(s) causing problems have left. So the draconian rules about logging in every 30 days are now over with, effective immediately.
Alas, the validation process for new sign-ups, and for those whose accounts were already de-activated, will stay in place for the time being. At some point I'll get this fully automated.
