Welcome to the wonderful world of Windows :(
It looks like you're trying to run 32-bit Eu with 64-bit dll's, but I don't know how that could have happened. Unfortunately, there seem to be no 32-bit GTK3 dll's that are anywhere near up-to-date, people stopped compiling those, so you'll have to make sure everything is 64-bits.
I'm suprised that any of the dll's loaded.
You may have to do what I did: remove all traces of Eu and GTK from your Windows computer, then do a fresh install from the latest EuGTK and GTK (See link in the pdf).
Could it be there is more than one eui in your computer? Try "where eui"
