1. Passing CTRL+P into the keyboard buffer in WIN32

I think I know how to pass regular keystrokes into the keyboard buffer in=

DOS32, by poking into around address 1050. Is this the same
procedure/address with WIN32?

Also, is there a way to pass CTRL+P into the keyboard buffer/to an WIN32
application? When I press that keystroke in key.ex, nothing is displayed=
