BTW, I never announced on this list the release of EarTest. It is released (and now on about version 1.04, which means that most of the interesting bugs have been ironed out). It is an ear training program, running under windows, that uses a fair amount of interactive MIDI stuff. It is written 100% in Euphoria, of course, and makes extensive use of win32lib. You can read about it, see screen shots, download a demo, etc., at http://oz.sunflower.org/~bhugh/eartest.spm I got a lot of help from people on this list in writing EarTest, so I would be glad to send anyone on this list a registration code (for free, of course). Just download the demo, try it out, and if you're interested in proceeding further, write and ask me for a registration code, mentioning that you're on the Euphoria list. (Your registration code will convert the "demo" version of EarTest to the full version, instantly.) --Brent +++++++++++++++++++ Brent Hugh / bhugh at griffon.mwsc.edu ++++++++++++++++++ + Missouri Western State College Dept of Music, St. Joseph, Missouri + + Piano Home Page: http://www.mwsc.edu/~bhugh + + Internet Piano Concert: http://cctr.umkc.edu/userx/bhugh/recital.html + ++++++++++ Classical Piano MP3s http://www.mp3.com/brent_d_hugh ++++++++++
