Derek Brown AOL IM - tidefball A little about me - I started programming about 3 months ago with QBASIC. I'm going to Auburn this fall (yes, I know my screen name is tide fball - I've always been a Bama fan) to study electrical engineering. I've been working on random access routines the past few weeks. My next project will probably be a college football (not soccer) simulation that will hopefully evolve into a play by email league game. Derek

Liberty Basic got me started to Program on a PC about last November, soon i started some sufisticated projects and looked for some EXE creating Languages . Found my way arround serveral Scripting Languages just the last 2 months. But some communities dont appriciate UserInput very well (or decide to hunt people down as soon as they get to good) so i was out of there. again. This time looking for some ways to Improvement on both EXE creating (sizes) and a good community that appriciate Ideas that go over their horizonts or (thought limits). I think Euphoria is the way to go but i also got VB5 as a gift from a friend (he changes to VB6) so i will play arround with it also :). As you see I am not long into PC Programming but i think its kinda fun and the only limits you have is the limit you set for yourself :) (And maybe the limited Knowledge) hehe. My speciality is String manipulation and creating Tools for Programming so it goes even easier. The 1st Project i did for Euphoria is that Windows Frontend which makes handling a lot easier (and avoids typing in Dos Boxes :) Greetings Harry <<---- Builder of the Euphoria 2.1 Frontend for Windows 95/98 ---->> Just ask for it :) ICQ # 23724435
