Well, I spoke too soon. I had a situation that altered the right pane in
windows explorer. After selecting a different folder, the font went back to
normal. The program I was running includes the IDE edit.ew. I just wrapped a
new window around it. The differences are that this window only has a
toolbar, status bar and menues. Two of the toolbar buttons call up winlib
docs in HTML and the other calls up EU docs in HTML (I'm using shellExecute
to do that). As soon as the window loaded, I could see explorer behind it
changing the font. I thought I had found the connection but guess what, I
can't get it to happen again! This is so experating. I checked the desktop
but it was NOT affected. Since recycling this morning, I've only used ee, my
programs and the IDE besides explorer. I don't have anything running in the
background except normal win98 stuff. If you were using IDE when the fonts
changed in explorer maybe there IS some connection.
