I don't see anything located in the include files.
Is it built-in ?
Yet users seem to be using and discussing it.

If you think about memstruct, it is used in the All-in-One package. The way win32lib uses it is documented in euphoria32\win32lib\Docs\MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.htm.

it's in the mem_struct branch. not included in 4.1 in the interest of getting 4.1 out and Matt is still working on some details. many people have been using this branch for quite awhile. maybe more than use the 4.1 tip next version.
download a recent copy from eubins and get the source from hg
