I am getting the same results with your 64bit binaries as with Jean-Marc's - win32lib successful but no colours.
Is that with the demos, too? This is probably something that hasn't been updated yet in the win32lib code (though I know that at least some memstruct related bugs have been fixed since the previous eubin).
