1. WEE: weirdness in latest iteration

I typed:
wee build.cmdand got two panels, one with build.cmd in it, and another called "New File" which was selected. Is this behaviour normal? Can I select against it?

Ahh, it seems I can: by ticking "Reopen Tabs Next Time" in Options. Well if that's the way it is then that is the way it is (hmm ... sounds like Robert Fripp's 'I may not have had enough of me but I've had enough of you')

Related: when I associate *.ex files with WEE, and click on one from the file manager, the clicked-on file isn't the tab which is active. File gets loaded ok, but focus doesn't change to that file.
