1. with profile, without excess verbosity?

When I run a program 'with profile', I get 41,000, plus a few, lines in the ex.pro. of which about 41,000 are comments within the eu std includes, none of which could ever have an execution count.
Is there a flag to skip printing comment lines, or could one be added?
